Explore classical and creative yoga poses flowing in conjunction with breath.  Class will begin with centering exercises, move through traditional Sun Salutations, and flow into standing sequences linking breath with movement.

We wind down with cooling postures and blissful Savasana (rest to absorb practice).  With a focus on strength, balance, and flexibility—always maintaining proper alignment and safety—you can expect to leave feeling refreshed and a bit sweaty!

Suitable for all levels, but you must be able to participate in one hour of physical activity independently.  Participants will need a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, and one blanket.
