You will need to bring a DSLR with a flash (on camera is fine) to class for this exciting workshop in portraiture.
We will explore studio lighting, and the various methods of setting up lighting scenarios. There will be strobes and flash units available and the class will fully participate in making their own portraits. Enter the exciting world of portraiture and learn to take your own family portraits, senior pictures or even capture images of your beloved family pet.
Photoshop students from the Adult Education Photoshop II class will continue this fall in a ten-week, “Photoshop Independent Study and Projects” format. Students who have studied together for several semesters will meet to continue their projects: photo enhancement for lighting, color and size; adding artistic elements with filters, text and framing. Other who have been using Photoshop Elements or Photoshop are welcome to join the group for project support. The goal of this independent study is to create a place for group sharing, support and experimentation, but not for traditional instruction. The class will not meet on October 14 (Columbus Day), November 11th (Veteran's Day) and November 25th (Thanksgiving Break).
